Build names from stable identifiers
A lot code can combine region, producer or station, process, harvest period and a sequential batch number. The exact format matters less than using it consistently.
Keep marketing names separate from traceability IDs
A poetic product name may help retail storytelling, but the underlying lot should still have a permanent technical identifier. This prevents confusion when names change between sales channels.
Use the same code everywhere
Sample labels, warehouse tags, invoices, quality reports and export bags should reference the same core ID.

Country / Region / Processor / Process / Harvest / Lot Number
A hypothetical code might read: KH-MDK-P01-NAT-26-L03. The buyer can then attach cupping notes and shipment history to one reference.
