The portfolio can evolve across species, regions, farms, processing methods, harvests and seasonal lots. The origin boundary does not: Cambodia remains the constant behind the Origin Coffee Cambodia (OCC.) name.

One country does not mean one flavor, one species or one region. Cambodian-grown coffee can express different growing environments, plant material, processing choices and sensory profiles. Origin Coffee Cambodia (OCC.) can therefore develop a broader portfolio without becoming a multi-origin brand.
