Cold Brew Fine Robusta: Strength, Dilution, and Steep Time Explained

For Fine Robusta cold brew, decide first whether you want ready-to-drink coffee or a concentrate. OCC uses roughly 1:14–1:16 for ready-to-drink and 1:6–1:10 for concentrate as practical starting zones, not standards. Direct Arabica/Robusta research shows most measured compound extraction is front-loaded into the first 3–5 hours, so longer steeping is not automatically better; strength, extraction, dilution, filtration and refrigerated handling should be treated separately.
