**The Emerging Origins to Watch**

**Cambodia (Mondulkiri)**

Myanmar's specialty coffee industry was growing rapidly before the 2021 coup. Some producers have maintained quality operations; the sourcing requires careful vetting of supply chain ethics.

Telangana's Araku Valley has produced internationally recognized specialty Arabica, with Naandi Foundation's cooperative model garnering attention at European specialty events.

**China (Yunnan)**

Yunnan's specialty coffee scene has expanded dramatically, with domestic consumption growth creating both a market and a quality incentive.

Among emerging origins, Cambodia offers a unique combination:
